Thirteen-year-old Olivia and her mother Jan Riggins (@janrigginsart on Instagram) continue to make their neighbors smile. The dynamic duo can draw chalk art on the sidewalk better than anyone you might know.
After festivals and exhibitions began getting canceled, it upset her as an artist. But she didn't get discouraged; instead, she decided to create on her driveway and sidewalk for the neighbors!
