Siberian Huskies are bold, courageous, and beautiful dogs. These dogs are strong enough to pull dog sleds, and they have an excellent work ethic. They have thick coats that keep them warm in cold climates. Huskies are also fiercely independent. If not trained properly, these dogs have been known to just take off whenever they’re let off-leash.
Also, Huskies shed a lot in the spring. That thick coat can’t stick around for summer. If you don’t want to deal with a lot of dog hair, a Husky may not be the dog for you.
